Read the Technical Guide for installation of the compressor in order to avoid breakage and damage the compressor.
1. Install all compressors mounting in the same terms that are indicated when removing the old compressor.
2. Replace the pneumatic high- pressure hoses. There is accumulated carbon and irrespective of the hoses type, they must be replaced.
3. If the machine is equipped with an air dryer, then the filter should be replaced to avoid damage to the new compressor.
4. Remove the control valve on air barrel and make sure there is no contamination and damage.
5. If the compressor with ESS system and control valve, make sure that the valve is operating at 100%. If in doubt, replace the valve to avoid premature failure of the compressor.
6. Check the air cleaner and install a new filter.
7. It is needed to replace oil pipes in compressors with separate oily pipes.
8. Make sure that the reverse oil flow is not blocked. If you notice a violation backflow pipe, replace them.
9. Check the seals and gaskets. Use only approved gaskets, not quality gaskets may be damaged and pollute oily canals and pipes.
10. Make sure the belt and gears are fixed. Gears and bushings should be replaced if there are visible signs of wear.
11. Make the test of performance and leakage. Pay special attention to the joints of pipes and check if there are any stains of oil, coolant, and air leakages. It is necessary to listen in order to avoid superfluous sounds during the working of the compressor.
